One notable venture involved a division of the company venturing into e-commerce sales operations through a sophisticated platform. This initiative aimed to extend their online presence and reach a broader market. The platform, adept at handling logistics and sales operations, autonomously generated invoices on behalf of the client. These invoices, pivotal for tax reporting and inventory/revenue processing, were seamlessly integrated into the JDE EnterpriseOne system. The integration, facilitated by REST APIs and JSON messages, allowed sellers on the platform to effortlessly incorporate pending invoices into their own ERP systems. Scheduled jobs efficiently processed these records, ensuring the creation of necessary transactions within JDE.

JDE and SAP Ariba Integration

Navigating the complex landscape of government regulations pertaining to the trade of products with prohibited entities globally, our client employed the CSI WatchDOG application. This integration significantly streamlined compliance efforts by sharing customer/vendor data from JD Edwards with the CSI WatchDOG solution for evaluation. The CSI WatchDOG solution, equipped with various disqualification tests, harnessed the power of Multifactor Disqualification functionality. This optional configuration setting refined watch list screening results by excluding false positives, a service provided by CSI Regulatory Compliance Group.

The integration facilitated both full JDE customer/vendor evaluations and net-change evaluations. The former scrutinized every record in the Customer Master and Supplier Master, while the latter focused solely on records updated post-solution execution. Scheduled to run consistently, each execution triggered email notifications to the concerned individuals, ensuring a seamless and proactive approach to compliance and business operations.
