The client, BBB Industries, LLC, is a leading remanufactured auto parts brand. The organization, with a rich history of sustainable manufacturing, sought to modernize its HR processes for its 20,000 employees spread across multiple subsidiaries.

Background

Prior to the migration, the client relied on a mix of on-premises solutions, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and various siloed HR applications. This fragmented landscape hindered efficiency and limited scalability.

Solution, Implementation & Integration 

BBB Industries embarked on a comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud implementation journey with ennVee as their trusted partner. This multi-phased project focused on streamlining HR processes and centralizing data across seven entities in the US, Canada, Australia, and China.

ennVee conducted a thorough analysis of BBB Industries' existing HR processes across all entities. This involved detailed workshops with key stakeholders to identify process gaps and potential roadblocks. Leveraging their expertise in Oracle HCM, ennVee designed a solution to streamline existing processes to better align with the cloud platform. Additionally, custom solutions were built to address specific business needs not directly mapped to standard HCM Cloud features.

Implementation Scope

Core HR Foundation: The foundation for the entire HCM Cloud deployment, Core HR, was implemented first. This centralized employee data management, covering information like demographics, contact details, employment history, and compensation structures.
Following Core HR, ennVee implemented additional HCM modules to centralize and replace all HCM related processe.

Absence Management: Automated tracking and approval of employee leave requests, streamlining absentee management.

Time & Labor: Captured and managed employee work hours, facilitating accurate payroll processing and time-off tracking.

Benefits: Streamlined administration of employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Recruitment: Provided a modern platform for attracting and managing talent acquisition, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication.

Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)

To address reporting needs and empower data-driven decision making, ennVee leveraged Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). This powerful reporting and analytics platform provided BBB Industries with pre-built Dashboards & Reports encompassing critical areas like Time & Material, employee data, headcount, and other vital HR metrics.
