HNI, a global leader in office furniture manufacturing and hearth products, headquartered in Muscatine, Iowa, embarked on a transformative journey to enhance its digital capabilities. As one of the largest players in its industry, HNI faced challenges such as demand volatility, escalating supply chain costs, and the imperative for instantaneous product and service delivery.
**Business Requirement**
In response to these challenges, HNI initiated a comprehensive migration of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. The migration encompassed critical systems including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Value Chain Planning, and Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture, transitioning from both hosted and on-prem data centers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
